২. রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা
নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য:
পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে
ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে
সাইজ বা ডিজাইন অর্ডারের সাথে মিল না থাকলে
৩. রিটার্নের সময়সীমা
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের জন্য অনুরোধ করতে হবে।
নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
৪. রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী
পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
অরিজিনাল ট্যাগ, প্যাকেজিং ও ইনভয়েস সংযুক্ত থাকতে হবে।
ব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।
৫. রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া
আমাদের Contact Page বা কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করে রিটার্ন অনুরোধ জানাতে হবে।
রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের পর পণ্য পাঠানোর নির্দেশনা দেওয়া হবে।
৬. রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের পর ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হবে।
রিফান্ড পেমেন্টের মূল মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে।
৭. রিটার্ন চার্জ
গ্রাহকের মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে রিটার্ন হলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
আমাদের ত্রুটির কারণে রিটার্ন হলে কোনো চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৮. রিটার্ন অযোগ্য পণ্য
